Wishes On Stars

The stars shine bright
In the dark blue sky
I close my eyes
And make a wish

A wish from deep inside
Of love and of life
A wish for happiness
Made for someone special

These wishes I do make
Oh so often
Each made for someone
I care for very much

Another wish, And another
Fulfilling each crystal star
With hopes and dreams
For the ones around me

And every evening
As I see every star
Wishes I make
Reality they become
